A short tour of what's here, how to sign up, and how to get the most out of the site. If anything's unclear, email rick@rickpollick.com and I'll help.
What this site is
rickpollick.com is Rick's personal site. It hosts a blog (essays on delivery leadership, platform engineering, and agentic AI), a catalog of apps Rick has built, a list of testimonials from people he's worked with, and resources & communities worth following. Everything public is free to read.
Blog alerts (free, no account needed)
Drop your email into the form on the homepage or /writing. When a new essay goes up, you'll get one message — usually once every week or two, never more. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
Free account
Head to /login and enter your email. A magic-link sign-in URL lands in your inbox — click it and you're in. No password to manage, nothing to forget. Free accounts can read everything non-members see and manage their own profile.
Membership ($2/month)
Members unlock the full essay archive, including longer-form pieces and members-only deep dives. Sign up on /pricing — checkout is handled by Stripe, and you'll be back on the site in under a minute. You can cancel any time from /account.
Your account
/account is the one place to:
- Update the name on your profile.
- Manage membership — billing, cancel, resume.
- Get a personal feed token so RSS readers can pick up members-only posts.
- Delete your account entirely if you're done.
RSS and JSON feeds
Prefer a reader? Point it at rickpollick.com/rss.xml or rickpollick.com/feed.json — both update the moment a post publishes. Members can also generate a tokenized feed from /account so members-only essays flow straight into their reader without a separate login.
Apps
The Apps page lists tools Rick has built. Public apps (FantasyIQ, AltaClario, Ezra) open directly. Invite-only apps show a “Request access” button that drafts an email to Rick — he'll reply when a slot opens up.
Getting in touch
Advisory, fractional leadership, workshop intensives, coffee chats — all of it starts the same way: either book a slot on Rick's calendar or email rick@rickpollick.com. The resume is on /about.
